Pros: functional, powerful, well-designed

Cons: dangerous, unreliable, poor customer support

We bought this microwave with a hope to get a reliable unit. When it was about 2 years old, it began to smoke and burn. We unplugged it. Frigidaire just told us that it is out of warranty and that it is impossible for a microwave to do what our one did.

No support, rejection of safety hazard, no help.

Pros: attractive design, adjustable settings, numerous features, powerful

Cons: a bit noisy

I own this microwave for 6 months and I don't have any problems with it. It cooks better than my previous GE unit and I do like all the features. I use the Sensor reheat for defrost and it is great. The fan is a bit noisy, but not noisier than the previous one.

One small disadvantage is that special cleaners are required, but it is just a small minus. Instead of that the microwave heats my dishes evenly. The controls are well-designed and they are almost intuitive.

Pros: quiet, easy to clean, sensor cooking

Cons: not so capacious

It fits the cavity perfectly and it looks rather good. Fan is powerful, if you use it as an exhaust for cooking on your stove. It is a little small in size and our square-shaped plates can't turn inside.

Pros: price

Cons: you get what you pay for

My microwave broke two weeks after one-year warranty. The repairmen try to fix it, but still no results. It is a bit difficult in operating.

Pros: good design, quiet running, powerful, simple in use

Cons: defrost mode is so-so

I use this microwave for several months and I do like it. The "baked potato" mode is great! But defrost mode needs constant attention.

Pros: good features, easy to use

Cons: doesn't last

The microwave didn't work just from out of the box. The circuit board had to be replaced. Then it ran for 2 years, everything was fine, when it died again. And again the same problem. The installation of a new board would cost me more than a new unit, so I decided not to do that.
