Pros: Looks reliable. Convenient in use, Functional, Quiet..

Cons: Doesn't clean thoroughly.

We use this dishwasher for a bit more than a month. It is rather quiet, attractive and functional, but it doesn't do its job properly. Our dishes come out not absolutely clean for most of the time. For that price such flaw is rather disappointing. I would recommend to look for another brand and product.

Don't buy Samsung products!

Cons: Expensive repair, Inconvenient, Not durable, Poorly designed interior.

We owned this dishwasher for about a year and a half. In 3 months, after the installation, we noticed that the dishes are not cleaned thoroughly. We were told to clean the jets and we did that. Not so long ago it stopped working at all. The motor died. The repair is rather expensive for us.

In general it seems to be poorly designed. No one in our family likes the way the dishes are loaded.

Cons: Poor warranty terms. Design flaw, Unreliable..

I purchased this dishwasher to match my Samsung refrigerator. At that time we remodeled our kitchen and the unit stayed in the garage for about 6 months. When it was finally installed, the warranty was almost over. We used it 4-5 times and the problems began. There was a problem with control panel, so I had to plug and unplug the washer each time. Finally I contacted the customer service. I had to pay about $290 for the replaced of the panel. Too much for me! Besides the repairman told me that it is a common issue for these Samsung models. And the company hasn't fixed it yet, overall they make customers pay for that by themselves! Don't buy it!
