Experience of using: Few months
Cons: Awful construction quality
When this unit was delivered to my home, it came with broken rear chassis wheel. Same thing happened to rear wheel of one of the trays and I'm still waiting for respond from customer service. But now I've got same issue with another tray. It's awful quality. I paid so much money for nothing. I had KitchenAid before and never had problems with its devices. But this washer is a real disappointment and next one will be definitely Bosch.
Experience of using: 1 year or more
Pros: Cleans well, Quiet, Smooth operation
Cons: Door doesn't always close
I'm very pleased with this dishwasher. Doesn't matter how dirty the dishes are, they will always come out clean and smelling nice. Make sure top tray is put well, otherwise the door won't close.
Experience of using: Few months
Pros: Price, Design, Good capacity, Convenient features
Most d/w look like each other, now all of them are stainless steel with similar features and it's hard to make choice. As KitchenAid is quite a well-known brand and not very expensive, we decided to try this machine. My favorite feature is separate tray for utensils. It's great! Also this d/w has very good capacity and you can put large items inside. I cook a lot and use it 3-4 times per day. It works very well and I'm extremely happy that it's very quiet. Otherwise I'd have been irritated all day as I spend much time in kitchen. No need to remove filter, just rinse it. Amazing washer. I'd recommend it.
Experience of using: About 6 months
Pros: Cleans well, Quiet, Easy controls, Time saver
I've always dreamt about a dishwasher and finally bought this model. Charming look, perfect cleaning. I don't really need third tray and usually I remove it to be able to accommodate tall items. But it's nice to have it, just in case you need it.
Experience of using: About 6 months
Pros: Easy to load, Attractive design
Cons: Inconvenient controls
This dishwasher does its job well, but I hate its indicators and controls. They are located at the top of the door and you can't see anything there. You never know what's going on with your plates at the moment.
