Experience of using: 1 year or more
Cons: Inefficient. Doesn't clean thoroughly, Poorly built, Unreliable..
This dishwasher disappointed me! I owned it for about two years and during all this time I experienced different failures of the control board and other parts. While the warranty was valid, the company sent me the repairmen six times! They replaced the circuit board several times and also the fuse. Now, when the warranty has expired, I have to fix it by my own.
I wasn't pleased with the performance, even when it worked. It didn't clean the dishes thoroughly. I had to run the cycles twice, so energy, water and time were just wasted. Now it doesn't work and I don't really want to repair it. It is a junk!
Experience of using: About 6 months
Pros: nothing!
Cons: Not durable, Poorly built, Unreliable.
First we were really pleased with the purchase, but then it turned out to be the worst appliance experience. The control board and dispenser were replaced once and the door clapse twice. And now it doesn't clean the dishes thoroughly.
Experience of using: Few months
Pros: Dries quickly, Easy to load, Stylish look.
Cons: Noisy.
We have other KitchenAid appliances, so selection of a dishwasher was a rather easy task for us. It seems to be a really good appliance, though it is not so whisper quiet, as I had thought. I like the adjustable racks, because I can accommodate bigger plates easily.
Experience of using: Less than a month
Pros: Efficient. Cleans well, Stylish look..
Cons: Doesn't dry well.
The only problem for me is drying, because my dishes not always come out dry. If dishwasher cleans dishes at night, then in the morning they are absolutely dry. But if I use it during the day and unload it in an hour, after the end of the cycle, then the dishes come out wet. I haven't tried the drying agent yet, but may be I should...
Experience of using: Few months
Pros: Easy to load, Quiet, Simple controls.
Our previous KitchenAid worked for about 12 years and it was replaced with this one. It is quiet and cleans the dishes well, but not all the dishes are dried well.
