I read endless reviews and did a great research before buying this Samsung product. Yes, I saw people's complaints about the spin cycle issue, but I ignored them, because all front loaders have a similar problem and, if not a similar one, but another one. It didn't seem to be an unbearable problem for me. But we experienced this issue during the very first load. In my opinion the problem is not caused by some external factors or not proper use, the problem is in the technology! It is cheap!

The customer support is a real nightmare! It doesn't worth the money at all!

This washing machines moved and even walked during a spin cycle. I bought anti-vibration foot pads and the problem was solved quickly. I like this washer, overall. It is fairly quiet.

I used this washer for less than a month and I had to take it back! I was frustrated. It moves and shakes during a spin cycle terribly! I thought that I got a lemon, but after reading numerous reviews, I understood that this is a real problem of this model! Advise you to choose a different producer and that's it.

I does the job really well. I am pleased! The clothes are washes thoroughly and they come out absolutely clean. Uses less water, electricity, detergent and softener, providing excellent results. I am very happy.

I decided to buy this washer after reading various positive reviews. Well, wish I had chosen another brand... I tried to use this machine during several days. It doesn't spin clothes at all, no matter whether the load is big or small. The customer service was helpless. They said that it is not a technical issue and advised me to add towels to the load. Nothing changed really. I returned this unit and bought another from another company.

I owned this unit for about three months and now it doesn't drain water at all. I have to do that manually after each wash. Samsung recommendations were not helpful. In addition to that the cycles are too long. I lack an extra spin function. However it is quiet and well-designed.
