Cons: Unreliable, Doesn't clean efficiently

This is my first and last time with LG products. This machine never showed perfect quality of cleaning or superb operation but what I hate most in it is its construction and customer service provided by LG. when I had problem with it they told me its defect from their side, but they didn't feel like to exchange part which I needed. After continuous fighting I got it but now it seems to be out of order again. My old unit worked 20 years and I miss it too much.

This machine is great. We had Bosch before which is more expensive but used to make terrible noise. This washer is not so costly, quiet and has been doing its job well for one year already.

My old unit was with me around 25 years and after I read so many reviews on this LG model, I decided finally to make this purchase. First problem came fast and I needed around one week to call so many offices till to get it fixed, fortunately under warranty. Now my warranty is over and I have other error showing on the screen which as I found out will cost me pretty much to be repaired. I read so many good comments about LG quality but I got disappointed in this washer and brand. Customer service of this company is horrible and if you have any problem you will need years to solve it.

We are a large family of 6 people with two small kids and we have much washing done every day. This machine is very powerful. It cleans perfectly and clothes get completely dry very fast. I cleaned filter as it says in manual and now that I have it more than 1 year and use it a lot, I can say it's very reliable and convenient.

I love everything in this washer. It has very good capacity and I can wash comforters easily. If I didn't take clothes out immediately they can be refreshed and there will be no smell. It's efficient in regards of water and energy consumption. Uniforms of my husband come out very clean. Amazing device and incomparable with my old unit, which was a real headache.

I am impressed how efficiently water is used by this model. I was rather surprised to see the clothes wet inside, during the cycle, and not extra drop is wasted in the drum.

I've been using it for last 5 year on daily basis. It works well and I didn't have any complaints till now. But if you put something that has tear, be sure it will be broken 100%. I lost some clothes for this reason.

This is my first front load washer and I love it!

It has a lot of different cycles for different type of clothes and soil levels. Water use is low and the installation was fast.
