Cons: not durable, helpless customer service, poor quality

Stay away from this microwave, don't buy it or anything made by Whirlpool. You would be lucky, if the microwave serves you for two or three years and when it stops (it will stop, believe me), the customer service will do nothing!

Our microwave was repaired twice in less than a year. Purchasing a unit, we also took an extended warranty, but, unfortunately, the quality can't be built. It isn't worthy the money paid at all.

Broke fast and not help from customer service

Cons: poor customer service, breaks fast, confusing operation

We owned this microwave for 6 months and it broke twice. Though it is under 1-year warranty, it seems to me that they will never fix it. Repairman visited us three times so far. The customer service is terrible! Don't buy Whirlpool microwaves! Wish I had read reviews before the purchase.

Frankly speaking I don't even like the way how the microwave runs. Poor user interface and, as a result, inconvenient operation. I liked my previous GE unit more.

Cons: noisy

I like the way this microwave looks. It was easy to install and it cooks well now. But I am disappointed with the noise level, as the fan is extremely loud.
