Pros: Adjustable settings, Attractive design, Large capacity

Cons: Doesn't clean efficiently

It's not bad, but doesn't remove smell of deodorant from clothes after washing. So before putting them in washing machine I prepare them with soap first. That's not very convenient. The rest of features are fine. Capacity is good, operation is quiet and it's quite efficient.

Cons: Long cycles

This is best machine I ever had. It's so quiet and clothes are so clean and fresh. It makes long cycle and requires more time to complete washing but is very Water efficient. I love it!

First time we bought it online and it was defective from beginning so we sent it back and purchased machine from store. Don't make mistakes buying online. Washer is great! It has good capacity, many settings and it's quiet.

We came across many negative reviews but still bought this washer and we don't have any complaints. The only thing there is strange vibration at times, but the rest of features are amazing. It has very large capacity (twice bigger than my old machine). There is nice setting "All Free and Clear:"You will get extremely clean, fresh clothes without any smell. Before I had to wash some clothes twice to get rid of bad smell. It's very Easy to use and even kids can switch it on without any problem. Cycle is longer than in our old unit but it's not a big deal. So far it works well and I'm very happy with it.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase. It is functional and powerful. The steam cycle works great.

Cons: Poor customer service, Poor quality

First month was great. After that it started to get stuck and all clothes remain wet. What I found out is that it can't wash much load, but it's incredible to not be able to wash 10 t-shirts. That's weird. I wrote my feedback to Samsung but they ignored it. So totally washer worked well only one month and now I'm playing with it, either it will wash the load or I have to put clothes by small parts.

Cons: does not have a spin cycle

I like the front loader that has a window, so I can follow the washing cycle. Besides this Samsung model is quiet and it doesn't vibrate my house. But a spin cycle only would be beneficial.
