Experience of using: Few months
Pros: Adjustable settings, Clean clothes well, Energy Efficient
Cons: Long cycles, Shakes/moves, Regular error messages
This washer cleans my clothes well and it copes well with bulky loads too. Considering the fact that I use it daily, I am very pleased. However, after the start of a cycle, it shows an error message. We have checked everything and even twice. Nothing! I just have to push the button “Continue” and it continues to wash without any problems. And yes, it shakes a bit.
Experience of using: Few months
Pros: Adjustable settings, Clean clothes well, Energy Efficient, Large Capacity, Spins clothes dry
I bought both, Samsung washer and dryer, and I am very pleased. The machine is quiet and efficient. The cycles take a bit more time, but for me it is not a problem at all. Besides it uses much less water, than my previous one.
Experience of using: Few months
Pros: Adjustable settings, Clean clothes well, Large Capacity, Water efficient
Cons: wash temperature is not really hot, can turn off after the end of cycle
This Samsung washer works really well for me. It removes different stains with a little amount of water. Besides I was rather impressed with the customer support that the company offered.
Still there are several drawbacks, like the temperature of hot water. It is only 28 degrees and, in my opinion it is not hot. The machine can turn off itself after the end of the cycle and it is a bit annoying for me. I do laundry several times a week and I have to turn the unit on after each cycle. Does it try to be smart?
I also have a Samsung dryer. It dries my clothes well, but they come out wrinkled.
Experience of using: Less than a month
Pros: Adjustable settings, Clean clothes well, Energy Efficient, Large Capacity, Spins clothes dry
Cons: Long cycles, Shakes/moves
We use this washer for less than a month, but it is really good. It consumes little water and still the clothes come out brilliantly clean. I have a habit to set an “extra rinse cycle” (I had to do that with my old machine), in order to remove all the detergent out of the clothes, but there is no real need in that.

I have just moved to a new house and got this Samsung washing machine. Use it daily and I am absolutely satisfied with the performance.
Experience of using: Less than a month
Cons: Poor quality, Shakes/moves
The machine vibrates and moves! There is no VRT, as it stated! The vibration is so terrible that you can feel it sitting upstairs. We expected much more from it!
