Pros: Attractive design

Cons: Doesn't clean efficiently

We didn't find common language with this machine. I saved money to buy it and now I got back to my old washer which I put in basement. This Maytag doesn't clean anything. I could doubt about dirtiness of my clothes but my old machine washes them perfectly. So except nice design I don't see anything good in it and I'm very disappointed.

My feedback wouldn't have been so positive if problem which I came across after 8 months of usage wasn't solved by company under warranty without any extra expenses and long waiting. It works well so far. Now it's very quiet though before fixing it was very noisy. Nevertheless very good machine in this price.

Till to try anything by myself I will not trust any review. I've read so many good and bad things about this model. How can it be stinky? Only if you keep wet clothes inside for 1 week. I left clothes even for whole night and in the morning they were still fresh and smelling nice. It's not difficult to keep door open to avoid odors. Capacity is very good, but I have large family and I wash every day several times. I chose this unit mainly because of its design and efficiency. Really front loader is much better than top loader. It's quiet and doesn't make unnecessary shakes or noises. Perfect washer and I highly recommend it!

Cons: Poor quality

Within several months we had three issues and mostly we started hearing strange noises that depend on significant problem inside the unit. We couldn't get them solved and regret for wasting money for this washer.

I would like to give this model 5 stars, but I can't because at high speed it makes some kind of noise. The rest of features are good and machine performs well. Clothes are clean and almost dry. I like its design very much. There are many settings for different clothes' types. It's a very convenient unit.

This washer works well for 3 years in our home. We are only two: me and my husband; and we don't do much washing but still we love this unit. We never had any issues with this machine except one time when my husband switched off water and I started washing and this smart unit gave me all possible signs that something is wrong. Clothes come out almost dry and I don't spend much time for drying, though I bought Maytag dryer also. I always keep door open and don't have any "smell problems". Textile of our clothes stays in good condition and becomes softer.

Pros: decent cleaning results, when it worked

Cons: poor quality

It just died and there was no help from Maytag.
