Pros: Adjustable settings, Clean clothes well, Large Capacity, Quiet, Spins clothes dry

I bought this machine a bit more than a month ago and I can't say anything bad so far. I do like this washer! The cycles are a bit longer, but I don't see any problem about that. I would buy this model once again.

Cons: Poor customer service

I used this LG washing machine for about 18 months and then it quit working. The electronic panel died and I couldn't even get my clothes out, because the door was locked. The problem was fixed, but during the next 3 months the unit was repaired three times! The problem was the same and panel was replaced each time. Of course we had to pay for each repair and parts. LG doesn't stand behind their products, so we will get rid of it!

Pros: Good features, Quiet

I bought this unit on sale and I am pleased with the performance. It is very quiet! I also got LG dryer. My only complaint will be the lack of hot water and absence of agitator. That's why I have to re-wash clothes sometimes.

Cons: doesn't clean clothes at all!

I have five kids and this washer doesn't clean the clothes thoroughly! In fact, everything comes out as dirty, as it was before the laundry. I have to spend my days scrubbing and re-washing everything with stain removers. This machine is a real nightmare for me! The company refuses to take it back, so I am completely stuck with it!

My Maytag washer had broken and I bought this one. Well, I can tell that I am absolutely satisfied with my choice! It doesn't vibrate or move. The tub is roomy and it holds larger loads comparing to my old unit. Unfortunately my dryer is not so big, so I have to be careful. When it stops working, I will get an LG pair for the machine. For those people, who don't believe that LG company can produce quality products – it can and one of these products works really well in my house!
