Pros: Attractive design, Easy to use, Cleans clothes well

I've been using it for more than one year and I have only one negative comment, which is not terrible but a simple inconvenience. With my fingerprint settings around control knob disappeared and now it's rather difficult to make proper choice. I'd like to know how I can solve this problem now.

Cons: Poor customer service, Poor quality

It worked only 4 months and then suddenly died. We found out that we have to replace so many important parts under our expenses as LG doesn't have any responsibility for bad quality of its products. They think it's normal that such an expensive machine worked only several months. So we are fully depressed.

Cons: Long cycles

It works well, but cycles are very long. Instead of 15 min it needs 40 min. But it's not that much expensive and in this price performs well. I'm satisfied with it.

I can't express all my satisfaction with this machine. Not only it cleans well, white clothes get whiter and things which I was thinking to throw are clean and fresh. I feel like I'm renewing everything in my home. It works quietly and it brings much pleasure when I see fresh and so unbelievably clean clothes. Because I have baby I often use allergen cycle and, by the way, it's located next door to my baby's bedroom, but never wakes him up. Its design is very stylish and modern. I really love it and I'm happy that till now didn't have any issues with its operation. Bravo to LG!

I never had washer with so many options and working so quietly. Most of all I like sanitizing and steam features. I keep the door open to not get bad smell inside. It's a very worthy unit.

I bought it in nice price on internet and saved much money on delivery. It operates well and doesn't make noise, actually it's very quiet and I like it so far. Especially I like Tub Clean function. There are many settings for different textiles. It's a good innovative machine which in spite of numerous useful features is very Easy to use.

Replacing an old washer with this LG model turned out to be a wise step forward. So far so good and we like the steam feature as well.
