Pros: Attractive design, Easy to use, Cleans clothes well

To be happy with this washer read manual first. This is not a piece of advice but a need to use efficient detergent for this machine. You will receive good results if you follow all instructions. We've been using this washer for quite a while and it didn't have any troubles. There was no leakage or balance problem. Everything works great. It makes noise which isn't loud and doesn't disturb you even if you sleep in same room, though I'm sure you won't. We often use extra rinse cycle and as this machine is very efficient you will not have extra expenses and moreover will save.

I never thought that there is any strange way to install a washing machine, but there is. When I brought first unit to my home it made awful noise. I brought it back and without checking company replaced it. They sent other guy to install and even without much skills I found out that first one installed it in wrong way. Now it works well and doesn't make any strange noise. It's quite convenient and washes well.

Cons: Doesn't clean efficiently

I complain to all my friends about this machine because it doesn't clean at all. If I put much load or don't put a lot it will use same amount of water and clothes stay dirty at all times. Don't think to buy this washer.

When I bought it shop assistant told me it's much better than front loader and doesn't make much noise. But actually it's too much noisy and for this reason I don't like it. If I put it I basement it'd be fine, but I live in 3rd floor flat and I'm not happy at all.

Three years this machine looks and works like we bought it yesterday. Very good quality and no problems at all. You can load it greatly and clothes always come out very clean. It's worth its cost.
