Damage clothes!
demian284, 10/22/2012
Experience of using: 1 year or more

Pros: Attractive design, Large Capacity

Cons: Unreliable, Damage clothes

I use this GE washer for more than a year and not so long ago it made holes in my shirts! One of the shirts have been worn only once and now I have to throw it away! My previous washer lasted for about 12 years and we didn't have such problems with it!

Nice features and cleans well
Amy_Andy, 10/17/2012
Experience of using: Few months

Pros: Clean clothes well, Convenient features

Cons: Poor quality buttons

This washing machine does a very good job! My clothes come out absolutely clean. No stains or dirt. Impressive! The features are very useful and convenient. I like double rinse, care spinning, auto water level and many other. The drum is rather large, so I can easily load bulky loads. But the most important for me is a low noise level.

There is a small flaw with buttons, because they are plastic and I really doubt that they will serve me for a long time. But we will see. In total, the washer seems to be worth the money paid. I will definitely buy GE again.

Decent value from GE

Experience of using: About 6 months

Pros: Convenient features, Energy Efficient, Large Capacity, Quiet, Water efficient

This HE machine is very water and energy efficient. Besides I can do laundry and watch TV at the same time, as it is rather quiet.

Have to take it back

Experience of using: Less than a month

Cons: Time inefficient, Clothes come out wet

It seems to me that this GE washer doesn't spin clothes at all. Several towels come out wet! I had to repeat the spin cycle more than once even. Owned it for less than a month and return it this weekend.

Experience of using: Few months

Pros: Clean clothes well, Large Capacity, Auto water filling

Cons: Inconvenient in use, Noisy, Unreliable, No "end-cycle" signal

This washing machine has a huge drum and it holds bulky loads. The clothes come out clean. I also like the auto fill feature. But there is a great “BUT”! The unit is very noisy! It stopped working in three months! It is inconvenient in use. There is no “end-cycle” signal.
