I was satisfied with this TV till I saw 2 green lines on screen. They were followed by black line at the bottom. It looks awful. This happened after 10 months of work. In this price it should last longer.

It's a great great TV. I do understand people who say that picture is bad. Of course it will be bad if you stand one step from 65" model. You have to keep distance from it to get perfect image. Also if you take it out of the box and start operating you will make a mistake. Read manual and make proper settings to achieve Great picture quality. Be sure you will! I never thought I'd love this Toshiba so much. But picture and sound are so clear that you can't stop admiring it.

Cons: Unreliable, Poor customer service

After I bought this TV only 1 month passed and it stopped working. I called service center and they ordered part to replace which I've been expecting for another one month now. I think they are not going to replace it and I want refund. I'm disappointed with product quality and customer service.

Amazing TV with good features. I highly recommend it. I've been using it for half a year now and I'm pleased with picture, fast response time, very Realistic colors. Sound is good but I connected this TV to surround system and now it's excellent.

In the store where I bought this model it was standing close to Sharp and Toshiba had much better picture quality, though price was half from Sharp price. That's strange. Later I saw it in other stores also located close to Sharp. Anyway, Toshiba is the winner in this competition. I'm very happy with its sound and picture quality. It looks stylish and is Easy to set up.
