Reviews
Experience of using: 1 year or more
Pros: Great picture quality, Good 3D, Great sound quality
Cons: Lack of connections, Heavy, 3D glasses not included
This is my first plasma TV and I'm fine with image and sound quality. I watched standard, HD and 3D videos and all of them are great. I don't like that there are no glasses coming with it and they are quite costly.
Experience of using: About 6 months
Cons: Poor warranty terms, Unreliable
After we used this TV for several months one day there appeared black spot on the screen and it was last day for this unit. I found crack on the panel, but even this TV is under warranty, Panasonic refused to fix or replace it. Unbelievable.
Experience of using: About 6 months
Pros: Great picture quality, Easy to set up
After we used this unit for 1,5 months we had an issue that it switched off by itself and this started to happen regularly. So we addressed Panasonic for help. They tried to fix it and finally replaced it with a new TV, which now works amazingly. I'm happy that company provided support though it wasn't fast and I'm now totally happy with my purchase.
Experience of using: About 6 months
Pros: Great picture quality, Easy to set up
Cons: Glare
This TV is awesome. Picture representation is great and there are so many settings that you can easily adjust the unit according to your room brightness. I think it's one of the best models in market.
Experience of using: 1 year or more
Pros: Great picture quality, Easy to set up, Numerous apps
Cons: 3D glasses not included
Panasonic has best picture quality ever and that's why I like it and all members of my family and friends prefer this brand. I had a mistake using LG but now I'm back to normal company. I'm satisfied with its work, sound and image characteristics. Applications are great. It'd be nice if it was packed with 3D glasses, but anyway I bought them and now I'm a happy user of this model. It's worth its price and you will not regret if you buy it.
