Pros: Beautiful picture, Affordable price

I received this reviews not so long ago and I am happy with it. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews online. Some people complained about the picture quality, that it is not sharp. Well, it is true if you sit too close to the unit, but if follow the distance recommendations, then picture is very nice, clear and crisp. Moreover, I think that for this price, it is an excellent buy.

Cons: Unreliable, Useless customer support, Short life

I used this tv for about three days and it quit working. Screen went black and it never turned on again. I had to pay for the repair and wait for three weeks. One of my friends purchased this model too and it also broke. Don't waste your money! Company's customer service is helpless.

I bought two Magnavox 32MF301B. The first one quit working after 6 months of use and another one died after 7. They just switched off and never switched on again. The first one was fixed, had to wait for about three weeks, and I paid for that. Think that the second one will be repaired too.

First everything was fine, not perfect, but fine. Picture quality was good and sound was decent. But these days the unit stopped working. It doesn't start. Customer support told me that I would have to pay for the repair, as they won't cover the expenses. Well, in other reviews I found customers with the same problem, as mine. I don't think that a tv should last for less than a year and I sure that companies should stand behind their devices. Such situation, as mine, is unacceptable!

I use this tv for about a year and I didn't have any issues with it. Picture is nice, clear and sharp. Sound is average, but I didn't expect much from a unit of this class. It is pretty good.
