Experience of using: Less than a month
Pros: Realistic colors, Lightweight, Nice picture, Easy setup
Cons: Awful sound
I read several reviews before buying and, after using this TV model for about two weeks, I can agree with customers' opinion about the sound quality. It is awful! Hope that LG will solve this problem in the nearest future. In general it is a nice tv, picture is really great. It was rather easy to set it up and it didn't take much time.

Pros: Great picture quality, Easy to set up, Good sound, 3D
We were looking for a nice smart tv with 3D support, so after making a deep research, we decided to go with this LG model. We don't regret our choice at all: picture is great, sound is good as well and setup was fast and easy. Remote control is nice, but it requires some time to get used to. However we would highly recommend this TV model!
Experience of using: Few months
Cons: Rude online support and limited compatibility!
I got this LG TV three months ago approximately. Internet setup and Netflix connection were fine and quick, though I had problems configuring Skype.
After contacting LG customer support online and trying to figure out the solutions to my problems, I can make two sum ups- online support was rude and the offer very limited solutions. For instance, the only camera that can be used with this tv model costs 200 dollars! Too expensive for a cam, in my opinion.
After that I started to look through customers' reviews and so I find out that each LG tv is compatible with only one specific camera. So if you change a tv and buy another LG product, then you will have to spend more money for a new cam. One TV – one cam, one tv – one cam and so on.
Due to these reasons and unpleasant experience, I wouldn't recommend this product.

If to forget about the fact that this TV should be smart, then it is good. Nice picture, right screen size... But if you going to buy a tv for surfing on the Internet, then it is not the best choice. The unit doesn't support Amazon and Hulu. Besides it doesn't stream movies or video from my PC or xbox, though my older tv did that. As a result, I am limited in my capabilities because of this device.
