Cons: Poor customer support, Poor sound quality.

Lost the remote. Can't change channels without it, the side panel buttons won't permit it. Website is useless, every email is ignored, they don't answer their phones. Can't find a replacement remote which works with the set, and I am very good at figuring out electronics and my Google Fu is normally very strong. If it fails or breaks, throw it away as you will never get service for it.

Pros: Easy to set up, Great picture quality, Price, Right number of connections.

Cons: Poor sound quality.

I got this TV set on Black Friday sale and it works perfectly since day one. Picture is sharp and clear, and it works well with my gears. The only issue is the sound quality. Speakers are not so good, that's why I connected my sound system to the unit. So don't rely on the speakers only.

I bought this TV set on sale for a very good price. Now it is over 2 years old and I don't regret at all. Yes, it may look a bit cheap, but it offers true 1080p resolution. The refresh rate is rather low, so it won't do for watching fast-motion movies or games, just a standard functionality. Anyway I mainly use it as a monitor for my computer and I don't experience any problems while playing computer games.

Nowadays there is a wide range of TV sets and companies that offer good customer service, as this company doesn't have it at all. Overall, the picture quality is pretty nice, with different modes and controls. The unit itself is lightweight and I can even say that it is portable.

I haven't mentioned the sound quality, just because it is terrible. If you buy this TV, then buy a good sound speakers set at once.

I owned this TV set for less than a month and then it stopped working at all. Just don't switch on. Customers support was helpless, they did nothing! I tried to fix it for about a month and then gave up. It doesn't worth a penny paid. Yes, the picture and sound were pretty good, while it worked, but lifespan is too short.
