Cons: Inconvenient ice-maker

I've been using it for one year. No problems, but I have one remark about ice-maker. It's hard to access and you have to remove bin every time to get ice out. Overall I have good impression from this model and would recommend it.

It's a relatively good fridge but has some important drawbacks. Plastic quality is poor and therefore I doubt that this fridge will work long time. Ice dispenser occasionally throws ice on the floor that can spoil your wood or polyurethane coating. Also sometimes ice gets stuck and you have to remove ice bin to clean it out and then to put it back. I think for a 1000$ unit this quality is shame, but anyway it's been with me now more than 1 year and cooling features are good. Food stays in good condition in both: fridge and freezer.

I knew what I wanted when I bought this fridge. I was looking for a side-by-side stainless steel unit with dispenser. But this unit is disappointing. In this short time I change water filter twice and I'm expecting high expenses for it when warranty will be over. There is not much storage space inside, but you can realize that only when you start putting products inside. In this case, the model only looks good, but operates bad, so I'd not recommend it.

Cons: Not cold enough, Noisy, Bad light

I have many Samsung appliances at home and this fridge is my first great disappointment. If I put water in fridge it never gets cold. Light is awful. Half the unit stays dark, especially if it's full. You can't find anything in lower shelves. Moreover these water dispenser and ice-maker are very noisy. I understand they are refilling, but my old fridge never made such noise having same functions.

Cons: Limited shelving options

I love design and LED light in this fridge. More expensive model has more lights and that's better because when you fill the fridge, products close some lamps and it gets little bit dark from inside. Digital panel looks nice but you have to read instructions carefully to understand how to use it. Shelves can be adjusted but not much, so you can get problem with tall items. Water filter is installed inside and takes some space that could be useful. I can't say that I'm disappointed with this fridge, but in my opinion there are many things that can be improved. Anyway, I'd recommend this model.

Very nice fridge. Bought it around 2 years ago. Looks amazing, but biggest advantage is good temperature control. If you fill it, it will reach necessary temperature very fast. Read manual to make proper settings. Checked temperature so many times in freezer and fridge. Always stays at proper level.
