Pros: Attractive design, Spacious, Holds temperature well

Cons: Noisy

It's a very nice looking fridge, elegant and stylish. I like its accessibility and roominess. Since I bought it operates without problems but makes some noise, for which I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

No way to adjust shelves

Cons: Limited shelving options

This model is little bit inconvenient in regards of shelving options. I do like it, and it is spacious but still it takes time to accommodate products inside. Probably I'd choose other model if I had buy again. As per its operation, I don't have any complaints.

Bad customer service

Pros: Attractive design

Cons: Poor customer service

My fridge started making strange sound after 1 week of operation. I had Samsung specialists coming 3 times and they said if I call again they will charge me for visit. All of them didn't find reason of this noise. I did by myself and they had the necessary part replaced. I got disappointed from poor impolite customer service. It's like it was my mistake that it made this noise.

Pros: Quiet, Spacious, Good illumination, Good quality

I'm a new user of Samsung 25.8 cu. ft. French door model. It's very roomy and convenient, but if you use freezer as often as I do, you may like side-by-side model more. The compressor is very quiet. I had LED light before, so these lamps were not new for me, but, anyway, they look great. I really hope it will last and will not break after half year.
