Perfect reliable fridge

This fridge is reliable and convenient. I've been using it for 4 years and till now everything works great. Dispenser, that often causes problems, works well. I never thought I'd be so pleased with LG product.

Cons: Design flaw

Because I just bought it I can't give proper comments, but so far I don't like the door closing process. If you don't hold it with your hand it will close very hard and make noise. There is no system for holding it. Generally cools well and is quiet.

Cons: Poor quality

I'm very upset with this fridge which I've owned for last 3 years. The ice-maker produces very little ice and I've had it fixed several times. Now it doesn't work at all. I have other LG products which offer same poor performance and after all that I'd not think to buy LG again.

Cons: Poor quality, Poor customer service

During first year of operation we were happy with it. Second year brought rust in the area of water dispenser. Stainless steel is rust-proof as far as I know. Further on it stopped working at all. We contacted LG but didn't get any useful respond and now 1 week we live without fridge.

Dispenser is the best part of this fridge for us. Water is always cool and fresh. Light inside is very good. Seems like stainless steel but I'm sure handles are plastic.

I like digital screen and that it's very easy to make necessary temperature settings. It looks great and dispenser works well. All parts of this fridge can be simply accessed while ice tray can be removed easily.

We've replaced our old Whirlpool with this LG model. It seems like from factory we came home, how much it's quiet compared to our old unit! Though it's counter-depth, there is much space inside. Shelves are convenient. Stainless steel looks good even though all furniture in our kitchen is black. It's stylish and modern.
