Pros: powerful, convenient features, attractive design, easy to install

We had been looking for a microwave with about 1100 Watts output and this one met our requirements. The installation was rather simple, but if there are two people to install it. The appliance is a bit awkward to handle, so it would be rather hard to install by your own.

First I read the manual thoroughly, in order to understand the directions.

The microwave works great. It comes with numerous useful functions and can easily meet anyone needs. Everything is included and well-thought. For us the 1100 watts power was a deciding factor, because it is required for some dishes' preparation.

Cons: poor customer service, not user-friendly interface

I read reviews on this LG microwave, before the purchase. People had bad experience with the keypad, as it failed after a year. Well, we will see in about 11 months or so.

The control panel is not user-friendly. Besides it is hard to respond the clicks. LG customer service should be improved too.

For now the microwave works well. It is fairly quiet and the installation steps are rather clear.

When our old microwave had broken, we replaced it with this one. My husband preferred stainless steel and this LG product was the best option for us.

Microwave is solidly built and it seems to be a reliable one. Different features and programs are very convenient and time-saving. Stainless steel is of high quality.

Cons: a bit noisy

We have an LG range and that's why we have chosen this microwave. It matched the range perfectly. The appliance is vented outside and it is very efficient. However we are a bit disappointed with the noise level, but still we like the construction in general.

I won't tell much. This LG microwave replaced our old Kenmore. It was fairly easy to install, works quietly and doesn't cause any problems.

This microwave goes with our kitchen interior perfectly. It has a slim profile and it fitted our cabinetry above the stove perfectly. The dishes are cooked evenly, powerful fan and quiet operation. We do like popcorn and dinner functions.
