Cons: doesn't last, unreliable, dangerous

We installed this microwave in our office last January. Last week one of the workers called me to take a look at the microwave. There was something really strange. When you open the door, it starts operating. Not time or power level sets!

We had to unplug it and stop using at all.

Pros: easy to clean, good power output, heats evenly, simple controls and display

I purchased a new model to replace a similar, but 12-years-old appliance. It use it for reheating and making popcorn only, as I don't cook in a microwave.

Cons: problems with motor, noisy, unreliable

I owned this microwave for 5 years and during this time the motor was replaced twice. The unit was under the warranty and not questions. But now the motor have to be replaced once again and the warranty has already expired. I am not sure whether I will fix it or not.

This KitchenAid microwave is noisy and we are somewhat disappointed because of that. But still it looks good and it fitted our kitchen cabinetry perfectly.

Cons: unreliable, not durable, poorly built

We used this microwave for about three years, when the turntable stopped working at all. It died. The repair is not so cheap, taking into account the parts. It is much easier to buy a new one.
