We got this microwave at a very nice price and since then it works with no problems. The unit is very easy in use and it does the job that it's suppose to. There is nothing really special, but it cooks/warms up the food thoroughly and evenly. Also it has numerous preset menus, like popcorn, baked potatoes, pizza, beverage, etc. Defrost option works great and it is very useful. Wish the interior capacity was larger, but for this price I couldn't ask for more.

I have black Hamilton Beach microwave and I love it! It is a great choice for warming up dishes and beverages. There is only one small issue, popcorn program. I still can't figured out how to do it perfectly and how long should it be cooked in this unit. Overall I love it.

I own this microwave for a year and a half and I am pretty satisfied with its performance. I use plastic wrap for covering the food while cooking it or warming up. In this way it is not dried out. All the dishes are heated evenly and I haven't noticed any hot spots. The clean-up is easy, I just wipe out the interior and exterior with damp cloth and that's it. What I like the most is the reminder alarm that beeps every 3 minutes and reminds me to take out the plate with food. I often forget about that, doing things about the house. However in other reviews users noted about the problem with popcorn feature and I agree with that. If you follow the instructions on the bag, then you will find out that it doesn't pop up right, but if you leave popcorn in a microwave for over two minutes, then it will burn. Overall, I would recommend this microwave model to anyone and especially at such affordable price.
