Cons: Stinks. Doesn't clean thoroughly, Doesn't dry well, Poor customer service..

It is the worst dishwasher that I have ever used! It has attractive design, runs quietly, but it doesn't do the job at all! Moreover it stinks terribly! I can hear that smell everywhere! Unbelievable!!! Customer service was helpless, they explained that as an installation error! Stay away from LG!

Great design, almost noiseless operation, but the dishes don't come out absolutely clean. Apart from that it stinks and this really annoys me!!! The price is too high to get nothing! Poorly designed interior, racks go off the track for all the time! It doesn't worth the money paid!

We choose this dishwasher because it looked well and it had one of the lowest noise levels. Yes, it has all that, but it has never worked properly. First we thought that we loaded it in a wrong way. After that we tried to increase the temperature level. Then we bought a special detergent. We re-tried everything, but nothing helped.

In the end we realized that the problem was in a dishwasher itself. Poor quality! We own it for 18 months and now it doesn't work at all. Thanks Goodness we have bought the extended warranty. Today the repairman came and told us that it will take about 10 days for a spare part to arrive. But we are not sure whether we want it to be fixed or not. I guess that it will be much cheaper to buy a new dishwasher!

LG is good in TV production, I know that, but dishwashers are above their bend. We used this washer four times and then the motor burnt! The whole kitchen was filled with smoke! The repair took three weeks. After some time the same problem occurred. Again three weeks. The customer service it too slow!!! In the end our dishwasher starts to show different error messages. Moreover it doesn't dry dishes at all!
