Annoying machine!
Billybob, 10/29/2012
Experience of using: 1 year or more

Pros: Attractive design, Large Capacity

Cons: Long cycles, Unreliable, Door lock

When I got is and tried to wash my first load, I thought that the unit is broken. It washed the load (not a big one) FOREVER! “Sensing” takes approximately ten minutes, then another twenty minutes to fill the water and then the washing cycle itself. Too looooong!

The lock feature only adds frustration. It blocks the door before it starts doing anything. I own it for a bit more than a year. Now it gets stuck in the middle of the cycle and does nothing. For the money paid, I could get a much better washer and less headache as well.

Good, basic washer

Experience of using: Few months

Pros: necessary cycles, easy-to-use controls, large enough

Quiet washer, cleans and rinses well. Not a lot of bells and whistles, just what I wanted. For the money - it is very good!

Simple to use and nice features
Space_Walker, 09/25/2012
Experience of using: Few months

Pros: Convenient features, Easy to use, Energy Efficient, Quiet

Our old washing machine died and we had to find a nice replacement. Well, this unit is just the right for us. Our children have gone to college, so the loads have become smaller. It copes with the task well. Easy operation, less water and energy consumption and quieter running.

One small problem

Experience of using: Less than a month

Pros: Clean clothes well, Energy Efficient, Quiet

Cons: Pricey

I am pleased with the performance. The clothes come out clean, but the softener dispenser doesn't work. This is a problem for me. Will have to call for a warranty service these days.

Has all the necessary features

Experience of using: Few months

Pros: Convenient features, Easy to use, Quiet, Spins clothes dry

I am very pleased with purchase! This unit has all the necessary features and, in addition to that, it is very quiet. It spins the loads at high speed, so they come almost dry.
