Pros: Easy to use, Convenient features, Cleans clothes well

I give 3 stars not to machine but to company. After one and half years of exploitation I found out there is a defective part in it and Whirlpool kindly fixed it. But impression is still bad, though generally washer works well and I don't have any bad comments.

Pros: Smooth operation, Reliable, Attractive design, Water efficient

Cons: Poor customer service

I trust this brand since I bought this washing machine. It's not one year that it operates well and shows perfect results. One time I had error showing and I solved it by myself after I unplugged it and restarted it. Though previously I called service center and they didn't tell me anything useful.

Pros: Large capacity

Cons: Noisy

I didn't expect that washing machine can be so loud. My old unit was much better. I can't hear TV in another room when it works. There is funny function of "nighttime quiet" which sounds exactly same like any other cycle. Too much noise in this price.

Cons: Unreliable, Pricey

Always buy appliances with extended warranty. This is best way to avoid problems. This model died after one year of service and when warranty was over. It's not cheap machine and parts' replacement is costly. I'm not ready to buy new washer every year or to pay much for its fixing. I'll not think to buy Whirlpool again.

My friends advised me to buy this machine and I'm using it 2 years without any breaks or problems. It's very nice washer with so many functions. I'm very happy with this washer.
