I can't get used for this washer and I miss my old one. It cleans well and probably has advantages, but because I'm short I can hardly reach the bottom to collect clothes. And every time I have to spend much time for ironing because they come out with many wrinkles.

It's not my first top loader and I admit that this Samsung consumes more water than my old front loader, but still, if compared with other similar models in market, it doesn't need that much. I like that you can easily adjust necessary settings. It was a real surprise for me that it's extremely quiet. Our old unit was very noisy. Overall it looks great and works well and I recommend it as a valuable purchase.

I used Kenmore top loader before and I can confess that this Samsung is much more efficient and can wash three times bigger amount of clothes. It's really great and clothes are very clean and have nice smell. I like glass lid that I can watch the process from out.

This washer is amazing. But I found out that I'm not tall enough for it and it's very deep. So every time I'm suffering because I can't reach to clothes at the bottom. Love Samsung, but want other model.

I've done several washes before I had first issue with machine. I contacted customer service and they advised me what I have to do. Now I'm pleased and everything works same well as before. Great unit with large capacity!
