Pros: Attractive design

Cons: Poor customer service, Poor quality

We lived well with this washer one year and then suddenly one day it started making much noise and top part of it went off. I've never seen such things happen with any electronic appliances, not only washing machine. Till now LG is avoiding any comments and we can't get it fixed or find out what actually happened.

Pros: Easy to use, Large capacity, Convenient features

I hesitated if I should buy this washer or not. I found many negative reviews but my own feedback is positive. It's Easy to use and has large capacity. It doesn't take much place and is quiet. What else shall I ask for? Good price and good service.

Cons: Poor quality

I had this washer fixed three times with parts' replacement. I started hating it already. LG offers me another model, but I don't feel like to have any device of this brand any more.

Pros: Easy to use, Compact, Attractive design, Large capacity

This washer has suitable dimensions; it's much quieter than my old unit. I can load it with so many clothes and I like that there is no moldy smell in it, which I often experienced in front loader.
