Pros: Energy efficient, Powerful, Quiet, Compact, Good warranty terms, Convenient features

I consider this washer to be very efficient not only because its Energy Star certified but because I really see my clothes coming out almost dry and there is not much work left for the dryer. It's very quiet and as my bedroom is located next door I really care about this point. I like speed cycle, which is 15 min only. That is convenient for washing small amounts of clothes instead of usual 50 min or more. Its smaller than front load devices and, according to my personal opinion, you will come across less problems with top loaders. Warranty on motor for 10 years makes me really happy and I hope it will work all this time.

After reading reviews on this model, I got confused because there are so many contrary opinions. But, so far, I'm satisfied with its operation. It works correctly and nothing got broken. Clothes don't come out wrinkled. I think it's pretty good.

Owned this unit for 1 year, from which I used it only two months. The rest of time it gets broken and I'm waiting for parts to replace. I spent much money for fixing and regret for this purchase.

I've just bought this machine and after installation decided to move it little bit. Leveling leg got broken. Company said this is not under warranty conditions and they are not supposed to replace it. Now I have slight expenses and will stay without washer for 1 week.

My purchase was making me happy for 6 weeks and then it stopped in the middle of the cycle, full of dirty water. Repairman took the stuff out and said that some parts should be replaced. I've been waiting for these parts more than 1 month now and there is no sign of them and no way that LG will replace this washer. I'm completely disappointed with this.

This machine is good value for money. Initially I was looking for a cheap unit, but this washer changed my plans. Moreover I went for extra payment for extended warranty. As for now it works perfectly and I feel significant advantages compared to my old device. It's much more energy and Water efficient. Clothes are not dry after washing but anyway they need less time to get dry than after being washed in old machine. Capacity is good and you can easily wash blankets in it. Quiet operation is another advantage.
