Experience of using: About 6 months
Pros: Good screen size, Great picture quality.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor customer support, Poor warranty terms, Unreliable.
The Tv worked fine for about 8 months and then it died. It took more than two week to get all the parts, needed for repair and even after everything was replaced, the unit didn't start working again. The customer service is terrible! They told me that the company will send me a new TV, but I wait for it for over a week and nothing happens. Of course I tried to contact them, but they tell me nothing. Do yourself a favor, don't buy Haier!

This is my first HD television and I couldn't be happier with the buy!
I had known Haier as a producer of good water heaters and air conditioners, but now I know that they do quality TV sets too. My HD channels look perfect on it! I am very satisfied.
The only drawback is the sound. I think that the speakers are too small for such tv and that's why they sound like a clock radio. Very weak.
