Some details could make this fridge a five star unit. But for now I can say it has flimsy handles that look like they can break fast. Ice-maker is very slow, especially if you have more than 3 people at home who want ice, you'll start to hate it. I can't complain for its operation, which is excellent and quiet.

I've had for two years. It's a stunning fridge with many convenient features. I bought it when it came to market but now you can find it in much better price. It cools well, works quietly and has good fast ice-maker. 5 stars go to this model!

I highly recommend to everyone this Platinum model. It's amazing! It looks much better than stainless steel and is much more practical. You can hug your fridge from morning till night and it will remain clean. No fingerprints, no smudges. I love it. It makes some startling noise which makes me worried because I don't know if it should be like that. Shelves are adjustable but for not more than 1 inch, so it's not much helpful. Overall I have great impression from this fridge and I like how it works.

This platinum fridge looks great in my beige kitchen and I like the ratio of its dimensions and capacity. My only remark is limited shelving. Shelves can be adjusted but not significantly. So more shelving options would be better.

I'm a Samsung lover, so my only task was to choose proper Samsung French door fridge. I never had platinum finish, so it was something new for me. Great fridge with great bright LED lights! You don't have to search for some small things that got lost in dark any more. Nice freezer section with lots of space. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
