Pros: Attractive design, Spacious, Convenient features, Good illumination, Easy access

This is first time that I bought and expensive device without at least having look at it in store. My old fridge died and I rushed to laptop to find a new one on internet. This LG has good dimensions for those who don't have much space in kitchen. I was surprised how it's quiet as my old one was much noisier. Drawers and shelves are very convenient. Now I really enjoy coming back from supermarket and arranging everything inside. It's my first time to have pull-out freezer. I like its capacity and design. Overall it's a very user-friendly unit. I never had LG before but hope it'll work well.

Nothing can be perfect, same like this fridge. It meets requirements on energy efficiency and I'm happy with this. At the same time its size is quite large but storage space is insufficient. Moreover its parts and shelves don't look strong enough and I'm afraid one day to get broken.

Cons: Poor quality, Pricey

The floor in my flat isn't straight but leveling legs couldn't level the fridge. Why I have to make extra construction if there are leveling legs? Anyway, the doors are hard to close and make the whole unit shake when you finally closed them. It's poor quality for this price range.

I've read many positive reviews about this model and finally purchased it for myself. It's really a charming fridge especially I like it in black layout. It's quiet and efficient. The interior is very bright. I can recommend it to everyone. I'm sure you will like it.

I bought it exactly 6 months ago and now it died. I got surprised because it never happened to my 20-year old GE, which I replaced with this modern fridge. I threw many products as they got spoilt during this time that it doesn't work and repairman isn't in hurry to come. I'm disappointed because it's not a cheap thing and I was expecting long service.

I had good experience with LG devices and easily agreed with my wife to purchase this 19.7 cu. ft. LG model. It's not so big as other French door and fit well in our small kitchen. On the other hand it has a lot of space inside and I even didn't expect to have so much. It's pretty convenient but I don't like limited shelving options. There are no slide-out shelves. This leads to lack of space for tall items. Nevertheless we bought it already, so now we have to do our best to arrange things well inside. LED light is good. Time will show if it's good product or not, but for now I'm happy with it.
