I'm a regular KitchenAid customer, but this fridge is my first big disappointment. First of all, it's noisy. It seems that you can adjust shelves but actually you don't have big choice how to do that. Grey sides look bad and I'd advise KitchenAid to get back to black color, as it was in their old models. Ice-maker is not only slow, it's very slow. I prefer to buy ice and to keep it in cold than to wait for it for 1 day. It's energy efficient, but in this case efficiency doesn't mean anything as long as this fridge has many negative features. I think this model is a mistake and I was "lucky" to purchase it.

This fridge has several advantages that pushed me to purchase it. It's roomy and has many shelves that can be adjusted. It's produced by a reputed brand and is Energy Star certified. It doesn't make any noise and provides perfect food preservation.

I'd not buy this unit again for some reasons. I'm surprised to find out that I purchased American fridge which is actually Mexican. Its quality doesn't correspond to its price and to my expectations from KitchenAid appliances. The good features are that it's spacious and quiet with Good illumination inside.

It's an energy efficient model, but its efficiency is complemented by high price of filters which you have to change every year. Good stainless steel product but filter price is very depressing.

I got it in very nice price with free delivery. Installation was very fast and I could start my experience with this device immediately. Digital screen is user-friendly and looks nice as well as stainless steel finish. There are many shelves that can be removed if you want to locate tall items. My wife keeps a lot of things in freezer so to have all products at eye level. Also shelves are wide enough for big products. It's very quiet and never makes any shakes or strange sounds. Finally, the light is nice. It's bright and at the same time doesn't hurt eyes even if you open it in the middle of the night.

Since we bought this fridge all family gathers in kitchen more often. Everybody finds job for himself but everybody's moving around this nice KitchenAid unit. Personally I like LED light and dispenser. I'd though prefer that dispenser also worked when the door is open.
