Pros: Cooks quickly, Easy to Use, Heats Evenly, Price.

Cons: Lacks features, Noisy.

We own this microwave for about 3-4 years and it was fixed only once, during the warranty period. The price was attractive and it still works. The main issue is that it is very-very loud. Yes, it is not as noisy, as a running mixer, but very close. I had a GE model before and I didn't have such problems with it. This Magic Chef model lacks features. It has a timer, but once I use it, the time is put out, that's why I never use it. We will keep it until it stops working, but just because it still runs properly. If you think over buying this unit, I would advise you to choose any other brand.

It was a decent microwave, while it worked. I used the unit for a year only and then it died. Now, when I think about it, I understand that it was rather noisy.

Don't buy this Magic Chef product! It doesn't worth a penny! MCO165UW worked for a little more than a year and then it died. Of course I contacted customers' support and they addressed me to the local service office. In order to get it fixed, I would have to pay $100 to a repairman, who will just come and watch at it, and then plus parts, tax and other expenses. I won't waste my money on such a junk and so will just buy another microwave.

I have just purchased this MCO165UW model. Everything was fine till we tried to install it. The mounting holes didn't line up properly. Finally, after several tries, we managed to mount it. The unit looks nice in my kitchen and works well. In customers' reviews I read about noise level complaints, but for me the noise level is acceptable. So far I am satisfied with the purchase.
