Pros: Cleans well, Quiet.

Cons: Not durable, Unreliable.

We bought this dishwasher about 4 months ago and everything was fine. But one day it stopped after pre-wash and didn't even finish the cycle. After that the problems have begun... We are waiting for the fourth repair visit in a month. If they don't fix it, I will send it back to the dealer.

Cons: Cheap materials. Poor customer service, Poorly built, Unreliable..

I chose KitchenAid because I thought that they produce quality products. But I use this dishwasher for about 6 months only and the front stainless steel panel already rusts. I tried to contact the customer service, but they told me that it is a cosmetic issue and it won't be covered by a warranty. I was shocked! Quality products shouldn't rust so soon, what means that they just use cheap materials and that's all. They offered to send a company's representative to my place, so he looked at the problem, but I would have to pay for the visit. Are you serious?!

Customer support is helpless and their warranty means nothing! I will never buy KitchenAid products again and I advise you to do the same!

Cons: Long cycles, Sensitive controls, Unreliable.

The repairman visits us so often that I already know him by name! We own this dishwasher for about 18 months, but during this time we have already replaced the control panel, dispensers and wheel on the top rack. Buttons on the control panel are too sensitive and they respond even to the slightest touch. The cycles are rather long, but still it cleans the dishes thoroughly. I also like the sanitizing cycle and the scrub feature.

Pros: Well-built. Adjustable racks, Cleans well, Quiet..

Our previous KitchenAid dishwasher worked for about nine years. There were some minor problems and it could be fixed, but I didn't want to spend money on such an old unit. Besides we remodeled our kitchen and were looking for stainless steel model.

This dishwasher is a great combination of quality, features and style. We are absolutely satisfied.
