Pros: Cleans well

Cons: noisy, Bad smell

I buy all appliances from Bosch. This washer was probably defective from beginning, because it was noisy. Moreover it started having bad smell. Repairman said there was water collecting under filter that makes this odor. Anyway can't do anything with it and can't get rid of it. I'm very disappointed.

Pros: Quiet, Convenient features, Wide selection of cycles

Cleans very well. I like that it saves time and water. I used to spend too much with hand wash. Works more than quietly. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Cons: Hard to load

It's a very quiet device, but since I bought it I'm experiencing problems with loading. I don't like design of racks as I find it inconvenient to put things inside. So I have to make several loads spending more water and electricity than I probably could.

Cons: poor customer service, poor quality

I used this dishwasher only two months and suddenly saw rusty spots inside. Bosch specialists didn't give me any respond why it happened and what to do with these spots. I'm very surprised and upset because I have all appliances stainless steel during last 15 years and I never saw rust on any of them.

I like Bosch products and this washer is not an exception. It's very quiet and you won't hear it unless you put your ear close to it. It cleans and dries well, even better than my old Bosch. Price is good for its quality. Convenient features and clear controls. I love Bosch and would recommend it. Though American made Bosch is not same durable as German which would last for 15 years, but still is very good compared to other brands. It's good value for money and if you want a better one you have to pay some extra hundreds for upper class of Bosch.
