Pros: Nice look, small size
Cons: It doesn't cool well
I bought this air conditioner few days ago to cool my 20x20 ft room. And I can’t believe this unit have 14000 BTUs because it can’t cool my room effectively. Unit only have a small cool area in front of it. I tried to contact the customer service to know the reason of bad work of the conditioner. All my requests are still unanswered. I’m very disappointed with my choice.

Pros: easy to use, pretty, small
Cons: can’t be used with an extension cord
I use Soleus LX-140 in my basement room because it doesn’t have central heating and much air. The unit works wonderfully. There is much fresh air in the room now and it feels much more comfortable.
